A touring act needed 1,400 units across 8 SKUs, retail-finished, ready before a US leg kicked off. Brief in Monday, artwork approved Tuesday afternoon, dispatched Wednesday. Every show opened with full merch tables. No reprints, no delays, no air freight.
Surprise drop. No one knew until it was already shipping.
A streetwear label wanted a capsule live within a week of the idea. 600 units, photographic full-colour print, retail fold and bag. We produced, quality-checked, and dispatched in 2 days. They announced on Instagram the morning the parcels left Anaheim. Sold out in 6 hours.
